The said library’s is located on the second floor of Songshan Cultural Creative Park, the same as Taiwan Design Center. It is a library especially for design. In addition to storing a large volume of periodicals, books, and other data, the library has established channels with design institutes of foreign countries to exchange design information. It has also enlisted the assistance of overseas design centers to collect the latest overseas marketing and design information. With a systematic data classification and many databases, the library meets the needs of people devoted to product development and market research among others.

The library is divided into area with collection of periodicals, reading area, photo shooting area, photocopying area, and area for computerized data enquiries. Visitors of the library can read books and periodicals in comfortable spaces, shoot photos, make photocopies, and make enquiries on computerized data.
